Please read below for some answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding the Quiver Audio.

1. Is the Quiver Audio compatible with all iPods ?

The Quiver Audio is compatible with all generations of iPods (Classic, Nano, Touch) to the exception of the iPod Shuffle.

2. Is the Quiver Audio compatible with all iPhones ?

The Quiver Audio will work with all iPhone versions. You will have to go through the notice ‘Not optimized for iPhone’ as the Quiver Audio is not yet certified with the ‘Works with iPhone’ label. Please refer to Manual for set up with iPhone.

3. Does the Quiver Audio come with headphones ?

No, the Quiver Audio does not. This way you can choose the headphones of your choice.

4. What is the warranty on the product ?

One year on parts and workmanship.

5. What should I do in the case of a defect or warranty issue ?

 Contact us, at vasb+qrjzbgvba+pbz, let us know the problem you are facing and we will either repair or replace the defect part and return to you at no charge, plus shipping.

6. Do I need to synch my unit when I plug into my iPod or iPhone ?

 No, the synching is automatic when you plug the receiver module into your device and requires no programming. Simple plug and play set up.

7. Is the Quiver Audio waterproof ?

 No, the Quiver Audio is water resistant but not waterproof. This means that you can take into the rain and snow but do not submerge it in water.

8. Does it work in the cold ?

 The Quiver Audio will work no problem in the cold. We suggest that in cold weather, you wear the Quiver under your jacket. The controller is still easily accessible even when worn under a jacket.

9. Can I answer calls with the Quiver Audio ?

 If you combine the Quiver Audio with a pair of headsets with microphone and control toggle, you can answer your calls by pressing the controller off the headset. For perfect wireless audio communication set up, we suggest our upcoming Quiver Bluetooth for Smartphones.

10. I get no sound off my device when I connect with my Quiver Audio to my iPhone ?

 If you are using an iPhone, make sure you connect the electronic module first and the headset second or simply unplug and replug your headset when this happens.

11. My Quiver Audio stopped working. What should I check for ?

 First verify that the electronic module located in electronic compartment of the Quiver Audio is well connected to the Quiver control plug. Second, make sure that the electronic module is properly connected to your iPod/iPhone. Third, verify that the module has not been torn and broken. If all of these steps have been followed and produce no result, then contact us at vasb+qrjzbgvba+pbz.

12. Can I clip a water bottle to the Quiver ?

Yes, you can clip a number of attachment to the Quiver Audio including water bottles, lamps and other essential articles.

13. Will the Quiver stay close to the body when I exercise ?

Yes, the Quiver adjustment system is made to keep the Quiver close to the body when doing sports such as skiing, biking, running, etc. You will need to wear it a couple times in order to adjust it properly. The Quiver Audio can be worn as a sash or as a belt. We recommend using it as a belt for running in the summer. For the other sports, you should try it in both configuration and decide which one fits you best.

14. My Quiver does not fit me properly, can you do something ?

No worries, if the Quiver is too small or too big, contact us at vasb+qrjzbgvba+pbz and we will adjust it to your size.

15. Does it come in other colors than black ?

Not yet.

16. How can I provide feedback on the product for future improvements ?
