Please read below for some answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding the Quiver Bluetooth.
1. Is the Quiver Bluetooth compatible with all Smartphones?
The Quiver Bluetooth is compatible with the latest generations of bluetooth enable Smartphones including all iPhones, Blackberries and Androids.
2. Is the Quiver Bluetooth compatible with iPod Touch?
The Quiver Bluetooth is compatible with all generations of iPod Touch.
3. Does the Quiver Bluetooth come with headphones?
No, the Quiver Bluetooth does not. This way you can choose the headphones of your choice. You will plug your headset into the Quiver Bluetooth module. This way the phone or iPod Touch is completely wire free and easy to store and access at any time.
4. Does the Quiver Bluetooth work with a set of Bluetooth headphones?
Unfortunately not at this time. Phones only allow one bluetooth modules to be synched at one time. So you will still need to use a wired pair of headphones with the unit.
5. What is the warranty on the product?
One year on parts and workmanship.
6. What should I do in the case of a defect or warranty issue?
Contact us, at vasb+qrjzbgvba+pbz, let us know the problem you are facing and we will either repair or replace the defect part and return to you at no charge, plus shipping.
7. Do I need to synch my unit when I plug into my phone?
Yes, there is a one time set up procedure that you will need to follow in order to synch your Quiver with your phone’s bluetooth application. Please refer to the manual that came with the Quiver Bluetooth to set with your phone.
8. Is the Quiver Bluetooth waterproof?
No, the Quiver Bluetooth is water resistant but not waterproof. This means that you can take into the rain and snow but do not submerge it in water.
9. Does it work in the cold?
The Quiver Bluetooth will work no problem in the cold. We suggest that in cold weather, you wear the Quiver under your jacket. The controller is still easily accessible even when worn under a jacket.
10. Can I answer calls with the Quiver Bluetooth?
Yes, you will answer your calls by simply activating the joystick key pad on the exterior of the Quiver. There is an embedded high quality microphone within the Quiver that will let you speak freely as you are moving about. You will also be able to automatically switch from your music, calls and other apps audio feedback seamlessly.
11. My Quiver Bluetooth, does not want to turn on.
Please make sure to charge the unit before using and make sure to recharge when notified by the unit.
12. I get breakups in voice or audio when i use the Quiver Bluetooth, what can I do?
If you place the phone in the Quiver pocket, this should not happen. If you place in other places on the body, such as in a pocket or back pack and this issue occurs, try to place it so that there is no major interferences that could block the signals from reaching the Bluetooth module.
13. How far is the range?
Depending on the environment, your Quiver Bluetooth module can operate your phone up to 30 feet.
14. My Quiver Bluetooth stopped working. What should I check for?
First verify that the bluetooth module and keypad connector located in electronic compartment of the Quiver Bluetooth are well connected. Second, make sure that your headphones are properly connected to the Bluetooth module. Third make sure that the unit still has a charge. (Red light should come on when you turn the module on.) Lastly, verify that the module has not been torn and broken. If all of these steps have been followed and produce no result, then contact us at vasb+qrjzbgvba+pbz.
15. Can I clip a water bottle to the Quiver?
Yes, you can clip a number of attachment to the Quiver Bluetooth including water bottles, lights and other essential articles.
16. Will the Quiver stay close to the body when I exercise?
Yes, the Quiver adjustment system is made to keep the Quiver close to the body when doing sports such as skiing, biking, running, etc. You will need to wear it a couple times in order to adjust it properly. The Quiver Bluetooth can be worn as a sash or as a belt. We recommend using it as a belt for running in the summer. For the other sports, you should try it in both configuration and decide which one fits you best.
17. My Quiver does not fit me properly, can you do something?
No worries, if the Quiver is too small or too big, contact us at vasb+qrjzbgvba+pbz and we will adjust it to your size.
18. Does it come in other colors than black?
Not yet.
